Welcome to Koost Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kooststudio.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Koost Studio ("we," "us," "our") is a Pakistan-based brand offering handcrafted, made-to-order notebooks, planners, journals, and desk accessories, personalized to each customer's preferences.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us.

3. Products & Customization

  • All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge but may be updated without prior notice.
  • Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur between the product photos and the final item — this is a natural result of handmade production, not a defect.
  • Personalization details (names, initials, custom text) are the customer's responsibility to review carefully at checkout. Once an order enters production, changes may not be possible. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for more detail.

4. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (shipping address, contact details, personalization text) is accurate and complete.
  • We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, including cash on delivery where available.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unavailability of materials, or errors in pricing or product information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer free delivery across Pakistan on orders over PKR 2,999. Orders below this amount are subject to standard shipping charges shown at checkout.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on customization and courier service, and estimated timeframes provided at checkout are not guaranteed.
  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because our products are made to order, our return and refund process differs from standard retail. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details on eligibility, timeframes, and processing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and design — is the property of Koost Studio and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
